The Preventing Covid-19 Garment Health Worker And Supply Chain Crisis Project (VSCF) project aims to empower workers and strengthen access to services in-factory and adjacent communities by raising awareness on key health and dignified issues. The project enables positive reform for individual worker, their work environment, families and surrounding communities by unraveling the existing services and opportunities and transfigure their lives through knowledge and information transfer. The project develops health champions, positively engages workers with factory management and form support groups to engage community members with leaders, enabling individuals to collectively influence the systems and policies that affect their lives, increase productivity and improve urban health system. In addition to raising awareness and empowering workers in factory and community, the project focuses on creating a scalable model by measuring and documenting impact-learning and sharing evidences, including business return on investment (ROI) and attribution data.
